This PTFE non-stick coating allows you to fry, grill, bake and roast a healthy meal with little or no fat and cleaning is easy with just a short soak in hot, soapy water lifting off the most burnt on food.

The lid and base together are perfect for creating a tasty culinary casserole, and the lid on its own can be used as a grilling skillet. The flat base makes it perfect for use on the AGA hotplate and the cast handles make it a useful piece of cookware in the oven too.

Cookery Doctor Tip: Two pans for the price of one – the lid is perfect for frying eggs and the base for starting off a casserole before adding the liquid ingredients, bringing to a simmer and using the lid to cover before stowing away to cook ‘low and slow’ in the Simmering Oven.
