BORA M Pure is the ultra-flexible cooktop extractor system with maximum ease of use.
The most flexible of our compact cooktop extractor systems. Suitable for cookware of all shapes and sizes. From large roasters to small pots, thanks to the zone induction areas on the left and the surface induction zones on the right everything is optimally recognised.
The BORA M Pure can be completely controlled using a modern touch panel with a unique appearance thanks to the with LED indicators. The vertical slider makes it particularly easy to operate the cooktop with an intuitive swipe or a direct tap. All important control functions can be accessed with a single touch. Acoustic confirmations and warnings further enhance the ease of use.
Instead of letting cooking vapours and odours rise in the first place, BORA cooktop extractors draw them away where they are created, directly extracting them from the pot, roaster, pan or grill on the cooktop. And they do this not by magic but by applying the basic principles of fluid mechanics. For this BORA simply uses a cross flow which is greater than the speed at which the cooking vapours rise.
