This hybrid hob combines the advantages of an induction hob with those of a brass gas wok burner (4.0 kW). This induction hob features four cooking zones with 9 power levels. The hob is fitted with slider touch controls and a timer (automatic power-off). It digitally displays the selected power for each cooking zone and allows you to select the heat maintenance mode. The safety system includes an automatic pan detection system, a safety switch, a residual heat light indicator (H), and Stop-Gas function for the wok burner.
The hob comes with the following accessories a surface cleaning scraper, a cast iron wok adapter, and a small pan reduction.
