The Milano 90cm Fry Top range cooker combines two powerful ILVE multifunction oven with ILVE’s unique nanotechnology coated brass burner hob top and a versatile, removable, stainless-steel fry top griddle; also known as a chef top or Teppanyaki griddle, you can cook many favourites such as a full English breakfast, steak, fish, pancakes and stir fry. This popular model also features ILVEs innovative cooking E3 precision temperature control. The combination of professional features and advanced technologies creates the perfect range cooker for those passionate about cooking.

The Milano is characterised by a heavy-duty, American style depth and width coupled with traditional Italian flair and heritage styling. The Milano has ornate handles and control knobs with matching trim surrounding the oven doors which projects grandeur and sophistication.
Oven Functions
The Milano 90cm Fry Top range cooker exhibits an impressive choice of 9 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up which heats the oven to 200 degrees in 6 minutes and a pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute even heat and works well with the handy steam discharge vent which can control the oven humidity, retains moisture for bread baking and also eliminates condensation when cooking high water-based dishes like stew.
The oven also includes an easy clean enamel oven lining and two dual-height halogen lights for perfect visual control.

The Milano 90cm Fry Top range cooker features a stainless-steel fry top griddle with 6 high quality, cast-iron individual pan supports and solid brass burners with easy-clean black nanotechnology coating. The fry top accessory can be placed on top of 2 burners and removed when it is not required. The Milano 90cm Fry Top range cooker has 6 individual gas burners controlled with one hand ignition: 1x 4.3kW dual burner, 3x 3kW medium burners and 2x 1.8kW small burners. LPG jets supplied as standard for conversion where required.
Safety Features
ILVE’s cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including a fascia fan to keep the controls cool. The oven doors are cool touch with triple glazed glass and the burners feature a flame safety decide to shut off gas if the flame goes out. Finally, every ILVE cooker features a child safety lock, perfect for young families.
