A versatile and complete set
The Large Peel Set is designed to guarantee smooth movements at every step: launching the dough, rotating it during baking and keeping the oven clean between pizzas.
The Large peel size is ideal for medium and family sized ovens.
All tools share the same modular structure: sliding handle with a 25 cm extension (9.8 in), for a total length of 95 cm (37.4 in).
The screw system allows you to adjust the length if needed, making the set suitable even for smaller spaces.
Like the tools used by experienced pizzaioli, the perforated peel head lets excess flour fall away, ensuring an evenly baked pizza without burnt flavors.
