This 60cm Blast Chiller follows the contemporary styling of the Roma, with clean-cut lines and stainless-steel handle and controls. Don’t be fooled by the name, as behind this triple-glazed door is a 40-litre cavity which offers multiple functions from slow cooking to blast chilling. There are also the options of proving and microcrystalline freezing to allow you to preserve, cook or store food and even has the option to chill beverages.

The blast chilling is an excellent feature, designed to quickly bring the core temperature of your freshly cooked food down to 3°C, interrupting the cooking process and preparing your food for the next step.

With a TFT display touch screen, you can easily choose between the 11 specialist functions and adjust the timer, temperature and lighting. There is also an electronic temperature probe that allows you to check the temperature of your food to ensure it is cooked to perfection.
