Everything you need for an indirect cook using your Rotisserie

The Indirect Rotisserie Pack contains the three essential pieces required to configure a Large Big Green Egg for indirect cooking with the Rotisserie 2.0 installed. This bundle opens the door to the kind of slow, steady cook required to spit roast a larger or more robust joint of meat. Because of the space the Rotisserie takes within the EGG, it isn’t possible to use it with the ConvEGGtor installed.

1 x 2-Piece Multi-Level Rack
1 x Baking Stone
1 x Stainless Steel Grid

Available for Large EGGs. Pack does not include the Rotisserie 2.0.

Key Features

THE SET UP

Half-fill the Fire Box with charcoal so there’s plenty of space. Once up to temperature, place the 2-Piece Multi-Level Rack upside down in the EGG with the Baking Stone sitting on the lower level, then install the Rotisserie.
