Premium Cherrywood charcoal is a clean-burning natural fuel with a lighter, slightly sweeter smoke profile than oak charcoal. It lights relatively quickly, responds well to airflow adjustments, and gives steady, controllable heat that suits the way Charlie cooks. While it does not burn quite as long as oak, it offers a balanced Charcoal flavour that works particularly well for pizzas, grilling, vegetables, chicken, pork and seafood.

Compared to ash charcoal, cherrywood brings a slightly richer smoke flavour while still being easy to light and simple to cook with. Once up to temperature, it performs beautifully in a Charlie, giving clean combustion, consistent heat and very little excess ash.
