This premium British Oak charcoal from Love Logs is a high quality natural fuel made from sustainably sourced British Oak for clean burning, dependable performance, and brilliant flavour.
Oak is a denser hardwood than Ash, so while it can take a little longer for your Charlie to come up to temperature, it burns longer and delivers powerful heat with excellent heat stability. It works particularly well for pizza, roasting, baking and longer cooks where consistent temperatures matter.

Once up to temperature, oak charcoal responds beautifully in a Charlie, holding heat consistently with very little fuel. You get clean combustion, rich charcoal-fired flavour, and less excess ash or smoke throughout the cook.
