Description

The AGA Signature Induction combines cast-iron and conventional cooking, balancing depth with flexibility to offer a more expansive way of cooking. It holds to the principles that define an AGA, while opening up new possibilities through thoughtful innovation.

At its centre are two cast-iron heat-storage ovens, one for roasting and baking, the other for simmering when slower cooking is required. Alongside them sits a conventional fan oven, offering a different kind of precision and pace when needed. Together, they create a balance between tradition and flexibility.

Control is intuitive and immediate, guided by a touchscreen designed for clarity. A two-zone induction hob sits alongside a hotplate that can be set to boiling or simmering, each element operating independently and heating quickly when required.

Every part of this cooker is designed to respond to how you cook. In this way, the AGA Signature holds onto the qualities of cast iron, while offering a more adaptable approach to everyday cooking.
