Store, bring to room temperature, cool, and benefit from an interior layout as close as possible to your needs.

This wine cooler has 3 separate compartments to store champagne, red, white and rosé wine. With a high level of customisation possible, it also allows you to select the finishes and storage that best meet your requirements.

Temperature for serving wine.

Each type of wine must be served at a specific temperature to reveal all its flavours. Pure 3 temperatures provides the perfect conditions for storing and bringing out the unique flavours of your wine. 

One central zone for storing and preserving wine (ideal temperature 12°C), one chilling zone at the bottom for rosé, white wine and champagne and one top compartment for bringing red wine to room temperature (from 15-22°C).

*The temperature of the chilling compartment is determined by the temperature programmed for the central zone. The temperature gradient between these two zones is about 4°C.

The interior layout of the wine cabinet can be customised thanks to the different packs offered.

Our wooden front shelves are fixed, to store and organise the maximum amount of bottles, or sliding to facilitate access to individual bottles.

Exclusive to EuroCave: the Main du Sommelier support.

The “Main du Sommelier” (Sommelier's hand) has been developed by EuroCave to provide a unique and flexible bottle support for all bottle shapes and sizes, fastened to the shelf. It ensures that any vibrations do not affect your cherished wines.

Its design came about from working with sommeliers, so it seemed only natural to name it after them.

A large choice of doors for aesthetic appeal.

For each fridge in the Pure collection, it is also possible to select the door finish, allowing you to install your cabinet in any area.

The safety of your wines comes first.

Access to the contents of your wine cooler is secured by a dual action lock.

Alarms protect your wine in the event of the door being left open, sensor or temperature fault, humidity level abnormally low or high.  The visual alarm tells you when it is time to replace your charcoal filter.

For your peace of mind, we display the actual humidity and temperature inside your wine fridge and not the setting.
