This 12-inch French whisk features a beautifully precise stainless steel handle with familiar ergonomics and supreme comfort of Hestan cookware, so like all of our products, it is a pleasure to use. This French-style whisk - longer and narrower with thicker tines - is ideal for rigorous whisking and enduring performance when mixing thick batters, sauces, and dressings, while its narrower shape allows it to more easily reach into the corners of pots, pans, and roasters. The thicker-gauge tines maintain their shape and they’re completely sealed in stainless steel at the junction of the handle for guaranteed durability.
