We offer kerb side pallet delivery service as standard on all large appliances. We can also organise 2 man & 4 man deliveries into room of your choice, crane deliveries, road closures, installation and removal of old appliances where needed. For smaller items, we employ a reliable courier company to fulfil our deliveries. These deliveries are fully trackable and insured.

Delivery Charges
FREE standard kerb side delivery is available on most large appliances to the majority of UK postcodes (excluding Highlands, Islands and other outlying areas).
Please note, installation and recycling is not included in the price listed on product pages. When this is available you will be given the option to choose this service at checkout.
How will my order be delivered?
Depending on your location, delivery will be made either by our own fleet of vehicles, or our premium logistics partner. In some instances, for example, with goods that require specialist equipment to complete delivery, we may opt to send your goods directly from the manufacturer on our behalf.
Delivery Exclusions
There are some areas of the UK where we may be unable to deliver. These are: The Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Skye, Isle of Man, Orkney Isles, Scottish Isles Minor, Shetland Isles, Ireland and Scottish Highlands (however, please call to discuss the details as delivery may be possible depending on the products in question).
International Deliveries
Our deliveries are restricted to the UK Mainland. We can arrange to have your goods delivered to a UK based shipping agent of your choosing for forward delivery outside of the UK at your own cost.

Damages
We take great care to ensure your goods arrive safely, however, we do ask that you inform us of any damages within 24 hours of delivery.
Recycling Your Old Appliance(s)
Should you wish to recycle your old like-for-like appliance, please choose recycle old appliance at checkout. Please note, we only charge for the cost of transporting the item to be recycled.
