This 76cm oven follows the contemporary ‘Nero’ styling with clean cut lines and black glass. In order to use the amazing features, they have paired this oven with a TFT digital touch screen control, this allows you to easily choose between the 16 specialist cooking programs, set the timer and use child lock. Thanks to ILVE’s precise temperature control, you can use this display to choose an exact temperature for your food between 30°C – 320°C but also, they provide an electronic temperature probe which allows you to check the temperature of your food to ensure it is cooked to perfection. Using their new wet/dry cooking setting, this will reduce the amount on moisture in your oven but releasing water through the ovens steam release vent. Moreover, the job of cleaning the oven has been made much easier with the easy clean enamel lining, which acts almost like a non-stick pan.
