ILVE Roma 100 2-Zone Induction Range Cooker

This 100cm Roma range cooker brings a versatile 65 litre multifunction main oven, giving you 15 fanned, conventional and grill functions. Alongside this is a 57 litre second multifunction oven, offering non-fanned cooking and grilling functions. Both cavities feature easy clean enamel interiors and two-height halogen lighting for a perfect view of what is going on inside. There are also steam discharge vents to allow you to control the humidity or condensation levels to let a little out for wetter dishes or keep it in for baking - demonstrating ILVE's commitment to culinary detail.

On top are four gas burners, plus a two-zone induction hotplate that solves the dilemma of a gas or electric hob. This unique configuration comprises of two medium burners, one simmer burner and a rapid 4.3kW double ring burner at the front – ideal for wok cooking or fast boiling. Combined with two powerful induction zones, you really do have the best of both worlds.
