ILVE Roma 150 Fry-Top & Coup De Feu Dual Fuel Range Cooker

This 150cm Roma range cooker brings a versatile 97 litre multifunction main oven, plus a 65 litre second multifunction oven alongside it. ILVE’s unique E3 control allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in five-degree increments, from 30 to 300°C with minimal thermal fluctuation.

On top are nine solid brass gas burners, featuring a black easy-clean nanotechnology coating giving them a non-stick thermal durability. The superb removable fry top is a real must have – a solid stainless steel teppanyaki-style cooking surface that is brilliant for anything from meat and fish to pancakes and stir fries. The brilliant coup de feu feature, which is very popular with professional chefs, offer ample space for varied and evenly conducted heat from a central burner, with removable rings for open flame cooking with your favourite pans.
