This 90cm Roma range cooker brings a versatile 65 litre multifunction main oven, giving you 15 fanned, conventional and grill functions, plus a 43 litre second oven offering non-fanned cooking and grilling functions. ILVE’s unique E3 control allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in five-degree increments, from 30 to 300°C with minimal thermal fluctuation.

On top are four gas burners, plus a two-zone induction hotplate that solves the dilemma of a gas or electric hob. This unique configuration comprises of two medium burners, one simmer burner and a rapid 4.3kW double ring burner at the front – ideal for wok cooking or fast boiling. Combined with two powerful induction zones, you really do have the best of both worlds.
