Lacanche Classic Charlieu 1405mm Range Cooker

The 1405mm wide Charlieu with two large main ovens, offers real dual fuel potential. In addition to the two main ovens, there is a 79 litre simmer oven. The simmer oven offers the flexibility to plate warm, hold food and even slow cook. The simmer oven can also be specified as a 65 litre dual function electric oven & grill. There is a choice of three hobs (two gas and one induction) and space for an additional integrated hob element such as a chargrill, extra burners or a multi cooker.

The Charlieu is available with a choice of two different gas hob types: the five open burner classic hob or the traditional hob with four open burners and the large cast iron French top, which is excellent for recipes advocating long simmer times or even maintaining heat before serving dishes. The traditional top offers incredible versatility, including that of a workstation when not in use. For customers without a gas supply, the Lacanche Charlieu is also available with a five-zone energy efficient induction hob. With the Charlieu range, there is space to add an additional integrated hob element such as gas burners, induction elements, or even a chargrill.
