When size really does matter, the impressively large 2205mm Lacanche Vezelay makes a statement like no other range cooker. The two large main ovens are complimented by the two 79 litre simmer ovens, which can also be specified as dual function electric ovens. The hob allows for four integrated hob elements, such as a mixture of gas and induction or a chargrill, plancha or even a multi cooker. Like all Lacanche range cookers, the Vezelay is individually handcrafted to your requirements.
The Vezelay is available with a choice of three different gas hob types: the three or four open burner classic hob or the traditional hob with two open burners and the large cast iron French top, which is excellent for recipes advocating long simmer times, or even maintaining heat before serving dishes. The traditional hob offers incredible versatility, including that of a workstation when not in use. For customers without a gas supply, the Lacanche Vezelay is also available with a three zone energy efficient induction top. With the Vezelay range, there is space to add four additional integrated hob elements such as gas burners, induction elements, chargrill or even a multicooker.
The large ovens can be specified as gas, static electric or dual function electric. Every electric oven comes with a grill. The most popular configuration is the two dual function electric ovens option. As standard the Lacanche Vezelay is equipped with two 79 litre simmer oven which can be used to hold food, plate warm or even slow cook. As an optional extra the simmer oven can be specified as a 65 litre dual function electric oven.
