Thanks to ILVE’s precise temperature control, you can use this display to choose an exact temperature for your food between 30°C – 320°C but also, they provide an electronic temperature probe which allows you to check the temperature of your food to ensure it is cooked to perfection. Using their new wet/dry cooking setting, this will reduce the amount on moisture in your oven but releasing water through the ovens steam release vent. Moreover, the job of cleaning the oven has been made much easier with the easy clean enamel lining, which acts almost like a non-stick pan.
