This single cavity ILVE range cooker offers copious cooking capacity and A+ rated energy efficiency in a premium, refined package. From its metal control knobs to the soft close door, plus the noticeably quiet hum of the oven, this cooker exudes quality and advanced technology.

The versatile 65 litre multifunction oven gives you 15 fanned, conventional and grill functions, easy clean enamel interior, two-height halogen lighting for a perfect view of what is going on inside and even a child safety lock. There is also a steam discharge vent that allows you to control the humidity or condensation levels, letting out a little water for wetter dishes or keeping it in for baking - a lovely touch that demonstrates ILVE's commitment to culinary detail. A soft-close full width drawer at the bottom provides ample storage room for all of your trays and cookware.

ILVE's unique E3 technology allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in 5 degree increments, from 30 to an impressive and pizza friendly 300°C, with minimal thermal fluctuation and a rapid start up feature that can get the oven to 200°C in just 6 minutes!

On top are a selection of solid brass gas burners, with a black easy-clean nanotechnology coating giving them a non-stick thermal durability. A 4.3kW double ring wok burner is supported by two 3kW burners and a 1.8kW burner. Turn and press one of the fan-cooled control knobs and single-handed ignition brings things to life with ease.
