The Milano 90cm 6 burner range cooker combines a powerful multifunction oven, a unique nanotechnology coated brass burner hob top and a full-width storage drawer. This popular model also features ILVEs innovative cooking E3 precision temperature control. The combination of professional features and advanced technologies creates the perfect range cooker for those passionate about cooking.
Design Features
The Milano is characterised by a heavy-duty, American style depth and width coupled with traditional Italian flair and heritage styling. The Milano has ornate handles and control knobs.
Oven Functions
The Milano 90cm 6 burner range cooker exhibits an impressive choice of 9 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up which heats the oven to 200 degrees in 6 minutes and a pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute even heat and works well with the handy steam discharge vent which can control the oven humidity, retains moisture for bread baking and also eliminates condensation when cooking high water-based dishes like stew.
Hob Details
The Milano 90cm 6 burner range cooker has 6 high quality, cast-iron individual pan supports and solid brass burners with easy-clean black nanotechnology coating. ILVE’s burners are non-stick, durable and highly resistant to fire. The 4 individual gas burners are controlled with one hand ignition: 1x 4.3 kW double ring wok burner, 3x 3kW medium burners and 2x 1.8kW small burner. LPG jets supplied as standard for conversion where required.
Safety Features
ILVE’s cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including a fascia fan to keep the controls cool. The oven doors are cool touch with triple glazed glass and the burners feature a flame safety decide to shut off gas if the flame goes out. Finally, every ILVE cooker features a child safety lock, perfect for young families.
Available in colours: Stainless Steel, Matt Graphite, Gloss Black, White, Antique White, Burgundy Red, Midnight Blue & Emerald Green, or choose your own custom RAL colour.
