This 100cm Roma range cooker brings a versatile 65 litre multifunction main oven with 15 fanned, conventional and grill functions, with the 57 litre second oven offering non-fanned cooking and grilling functions. ILVE’s unique E3 control allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in five-degree increments, from 30 to 300°C with minimal thermal fluctuation.

On top are six solid brass gas burners of the highest quality, with a black easy-clean nanotechnology coating giving them a non-stick thermal durability. This range has a 4.5kW double ring wok burner, 3 x 3kW and two 1.8kW burners, with LPG conversion kit included. The superb removable fry top is a real must have – a solid stainless steel teppanyaki-style cooking surface that is brilliant for anything from meat and all day breakfasts to pancakes or stir fries.
