Cast iron grids can be adjusted to three heights, allowing for grilling, slow roasting, or smoking with ease. Hinged grids provide quick access to add charcoal, refill water pans, or introduce smoking wood.
The Smoke Stack Chimney ensures consistent airflow and protects your grill from wind and rain, while the Vortex heat management system improves convection for superior searing, even cooking, and efficient fuel use. The stainless steel extension ring is rotisserie-ready, and integrated doors accommodate temperature probes for accurate cooking. Porcelain-coated steel construction is highly durable, and the offset hinged lid allows full access to the cooking surface.
