Rooted in more than fifty years of gourmet kitchenware design and manufacture, the Ruffoni Vitruvius Skillet 20cm brings Italian craftsmanship to a contemporary interpretation of classic cookware. Designed and crafted in Italy, it pairs refined stainless steel styling with carefully considered construction for everyday cooking.
To support uniform heat conduction and precise temperature control, an extra thick aluminium core is rolled between layers of stainless steel. The base is finished with an engraved Vitruvian man motif, inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s study of ideal form and proportion, while stainless steel fittings complete the cohesive look of the Vitruvius collection.
