Enfasi Mistral is the first range cooker that combines an oven, a cook top and an advanced suction system in one product.
The high-performance (700m3/h) and low-noise (max.63dB) Brushless engine, adjustable in 4 speeds with slide controls on the top and provided with an off-timer, instantly catches steams and odors.
The high-thickness enamelled steel grid and the filters are easily removable for quick and optimal cleaning.

The controls of the 4 flex-induction zones are positioned on the front of the cooker, leaving larger and more comfortable space of use on the top.
The new electronic programmer allows an exact on-time temperature control and is provided with 9 functions, one of which is entirely dedicated to pizza and bread products with a temperature that reaches 315°C.
